Upper Bow River Pricing & Deposit

Plan your perfect fishing day with us, whether you choose a full or half-day adventure. Here are all the details you’ll need to consider when booking your trip:

  • Full Day (8 hours):

    • Rate: $575 USD/$775 CAD + GST for up to two guests per boat (One child, 15 and under can accompany as a third passenger).
    • Children: Kids 15 and under can join for an additional $150.
  • Half Day (5-6 hours):

    • Rate: $462 USD/$650 CAD + GST for up to two guests (One child, 15 and under can accompany as a third passenger).
    • Children: Kids 15 and under can join for an additional $150.

Group Bookings: Larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice. Please contact us to discuss your needs and how we can make your group outing exceptional. Ask us about options of adding a third passenger!

Deposits and Cancellations:

  • Deposit: $150 for two people; $500 for groups.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a trip is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances within 72 hours of departure, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. A 3.5% processing fee is applied to credit card refunds. If guests cancel within 72 hours or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.

All guests must sign a waiver form prior to departure, ensuring safety and understanding of all parties involved.

  • Fishing License: Obtain your fishing license before your trip. You can purchase it online here.
  • WIN Card: Necessary for fishing in Alberta; purchase if you don’t already have one.
  • Foul Weather Gear: The weather can change quickly; a rain jacket is essential.
  • Warm Layers: Include a warm sweater or fleece to stay comfortable.
  • Hat and Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun and enhance your visibility.
  • Sunscreen: A must-have to shield your skin during long hours outdoors.
  • Lunch: Pack a lunch to keep your energy up throughout the day.
  • Camera: Don’t forget your camera to capture the stunning scenery and your catches!

Remember, prices for fishing licenses and WIN Cards are not included in the trip cost, and these need to be arranged before your adventure. Kids 15 and under do not require a fishing license. Ensure you have everything ready to go for a seamless fishing experience.
