Rate:

$1250 CAD per one or two guests; additional guests $275 CAD each, up to 5 guests max per helicopter.
Helicopter Rate: $3500 CAD + 3% transaction fee on credit Canadian card transactions and a 4.5% transaction fee on foreign credit cards transaction.
Deposit: $400CAD collected at time of booking, no trips is confirmed until deposits are collected.
A $150 CAD admin/booking fee is retained on all cancelations
Cancelation Policy: If trip is canceled within 14 days of trip date the deposit is non refundable. If the trip is canceled 14 days prior to trip date the deposit is refunded with the exception of a $150 CAD dollar admin fee.
Trips canceled within 24 hours or the morning of due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances 50% of the deposit will be refunded and $150 CAD admin/booking fee will be retained.

Fishing License: Obtain your fishing license before your trip. You can purchase it online here.
WIN Card: Necessary for fishing in Alberta; purchase if you don’t already have one.
Foul Weather Gear: The weather can change quickly; a rain jacket is essential.
Warm Layers: Include a warm sweater or fleece to stay comfortable.
Hat and Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun and enhance your visibility.
